LIfe: It's funny (and sad) because it actually happens
I've seen some interesting things in my short life, most of it is due impart from the fact that I work in retail (not saying that other jobs don't have crazies of their own, just saying that retail is how I came into contact with my crazies). Sometimes even I have wondered if what I am seeing has even happened...because it's just too damned crazy. There were days that I came home and told Nate what had happened and he too would just glaze over, not quite believing what I was saying. Then I discovered the website Not Always Right. All of these different entries confirmed the fact that there are some unbalanced people out in the world and the find people like me to harass. Just you try to take in all of the craziness that is out there in the world, while I try to block out the things I have seen, heard and yes...smelled. And keep your guard up...you never know when a little old lady will grab hold of your breast and tell you to "enjoy having them be nice while you can". *Shudder*Here is one of the many entries you can find at this site...

Me: “I’m sorry, ma’am, but it seems like your credit card isn’t working. Would you like to pay in cash?”
Customer: “What? That’s not possible. Try it again.”
Me: *after trying a few more times* “Do you have a different card? This one might just be having problems. Or you could just pay in cash?”
Customer: “No! I don’t have cash. Just give me the items.”
Me: “I can’t do that, ma’am.”
Customer: “Why not? I need them to stop the world from ending!”
Me: “Sorry, I still can’t.”
Customer: “What sort of a monster are you? If the world ends, you’re to blame!” *storms out*
(I have stories like this and even worse!)
